# Private/Business Vaults

### What is it? <a href="#what-is-it" id="what-is-it"></a>

This strategy is a private vault that can only be funded by private investors. There is an initial fee and an xWIN entry fee of 0.10% for this strategy. In addition to the APR earned from the specific firm, you will be entitled for the XWIN APR as xx.xx% 5% of your XWIN compensation earnings will be deducted from the XWIN bonus portion and will be burned upon withdrawal.
