xWin LP Vault is a vault that help investors to stake their token into DEXs as liquidity pool and perform farming with the LP tokens. Investors do not have to worry about how to add or remove liquidity and farming process but instead let the fund to automated all this for you.
It is autonomous vault that help investors to stake their token into DEXs as liquidity pool provider.
When redeem from vault, vault will:
Remove from LP
Vault get 1.5 BNB and 500 XWIN.
Vault swap back to 500 XWIN back to BNB based on the spot rate. Example you get 3.0 BNB
Vault converts reward (XWIN) get from LP and convert it to BNB based on spot rate
Get back 1.5 BNB + 3.0BNB + xx in BNB in total.
Total get back will be less than original amount of BNB. This is impermanent loss that explained in all LP farming protocol.
Please bear in mind each LP farming involve impermanent loss risk. xWin simplify your farming process with single click but you will still have the impermanent loss risk regardless whether you farm with Pancakeswap yourself or by the xWin vault.
